Food and Art united at a few square meters in central Kristianstad. The vision of this restaurant is to create extraordinary experiences that you have never experienced before. Here, several senses are linked together, creating a dinner event beyond the ordinary. In this home restaurant, each dish has its own "room," where these dishes will wander through different spaces of events. This dining experience is for a closed party of 4-6 people and lasts 3-4 hours.
Menu
The menu varies depending on what is available, which means that there is no fixed menu. However, the menu is set when you arrive, and it is therefore important that you announce in time if someone in the party has allergies to take into account. The meal experience is a menu that includes 6 dishes and 6 drinks (the restaurant is liberated from alcohol).

About Tora Olsson
Tora Olsson, maybe more known by her Instagram name "ToraFloraFood", is a food artist / designer with a master's degree in food and meal science and a bachelor's degree in gastronomy. All food creations are plant-based. Tora challenges vegan cuisine, as she wants to show that vegan food is tasty, beautiful and for everyone to enjoy. Tora travels around the world and creates menus for luxury hotels and resorts, trains chefs and arranges experience dinners. Now Tora also offers experiential meals in her own home restaurant in Kristianstad.
