Your chefs can definitely learn to cook and style online. However, in order to learn the skills they should also practice in the kitchen.
They will learn about color theory, how to choose and combine colors for dishes. How to place different items on the plate. Visual triangle rules. The rule of odd numbers. How to choose the right kind of plate for the dish. Twisting technique and many tips and tricks about how to succeed with the food styling.
All chefs will receive a certificate on the course after passing the exam. It will be provided to them as a PDF.
The passing grade is 75% for the exam. In the different modules your chefs will receive downloadable worksheets with questions to study on before the exam.
